Visit Our Retail Store
Our retail store, Lost in the 50's, is located in North Augusta, S.C., about six miles from downtown Augusta, Ga., just off Interstate 20. We're open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Saturday from 1 0 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Our store is rooted in our owner's love of all things collectible from the 1950s and 1960s. It all started when his office got too crowded with all the neat things he found interesting enough to collect and he decided he better sell some of it to make room to work. Neon signs, Elvis pictures, Coca-Cola bottles, John Deere tractors, old telephones, classic cars, you name it ... his office started looking more and more like a museum. He first started selling collectibles through his wholesale distribution company (Day-Vue Sunglasses, Inc.) and the logical next step was a retail store. He purchased a small shopping center across the street from his warehouse, remodeled it completely and opened Lost in the 50's. If you visit us, you will be greeted by one of the life-size cutouts of Elvis, or Marilyn ... and then you'll step into a magical world of memories. From the toys you played with as a toddler, to the candy you loved as a child, to the music you enjoyed as a teenager ... we have it all. If you are a Baby Boomer, or just have a love for the era, Lost in the 50's is your kind of place.
Come see us if you're ever in our area. We'll be glad to have you!
